Post Anyone ordered the 10 way power seat option & get a driver heated seat?

One of the things that came on my 2017 T-250 DSD was the heated seat for the driver side. I ordered the 10 way power driver seat option (21F) with Charcoal cloth that shows NO heated seats. The option for the heated seats (21R) shows to have BOTH driver and passenger front seats.

Curious if this was because of the seat vendor who supplies the assembly line not having the driver power seat without heat. Mine was built the first week of November and curious if anyone else has the same HEATED DRIVER SEAT ONLY.

The NADA site implies the power seats are heated.

I hope to be placing an order including the option for dual power heated seats this week.

How well do the heated seats work? Keep you warm enough that you don't need the "normal" heat on until it gets really cold? Is there any difference between the charcoal seats and pewter seats in cloth?

I have power seats with pewter leather. Heat works great but the switch is garbage. It looks like Ford management doesn't give a dam and told a guy off the street to go to radio shack and buy the cheapest switch they have. The then proceeded to mount the switch down on the side of the seat. No dash indicator at all.

Sorry to complain so much but it is an embarrassing effort by Ford.

I have the charcoal cloth seats and only use the heated seat for about the first 5 minutes when getting in the Transit. After that is stays pretty comfortable after that time. Went with the charcoal seats because our 2015 Transit Wagons company vans came with the Pewter Cloth seats and they tended to show dirt fairly easily. To keep them decent looking, we send the vans to our auction detail shop each Wednesday night for full cleanup. There are a few spots in one of the rear seats where they split coffee and it has dark spots in the material.
