2016 Transit Quigley 4x4

Picked up my Quigley 4x4 transit this weekend and did the long drive back to Seattle. 5 days, 4 nights of driving. Slept in 2 rest stops and 2 Walmarts. Van performed like a champ and now I need to get started with the conversion.

That looks awesome! Please post some pictures of the 4 x 4 conversion! Is the transfer case a separate piece or part of the transaction? My guess is a separate piece.

Yes, please crawl around underneath and take pictures of all the changes. Getting info and detailed pictures of the 4x4 mods is like looking for a unicorn.

How high is the lift? It really changes the look of the van, more masculine.

The lift is 2". I'll spend some time this weekend taking some pictures of the under carriage. When I did the pick up at Quigley they were real nice and gave me a tour of the works and walked me through some of the changes. I'll do my best to remember all the details.

What was the timeline for the conversion? From the time you bought the van until you could pick it up from Quigley?
Did they give you any special instructions for driving since you have the high roof?

I just looked at your picture again. Maybe that is the medium roof?

Your first guess was right. It's a high roof.

The time line for me was quick. I bought from a dealer, Maplecrest Ford in NJ, that already had a van in the queue at Quigley so while I didn't get to chose any options, I did get to pick up the van 3wks after I bought it.

I really wish there was a Canadian source for a kit. Our prices are similar, but right now the exchange adds 25% to the cost if we did this in the US.
I'd be happy if they cut out the front suspension and put in a solid axle conversion! Like the old clydesdale conversions.
