This may be asking a lot but a YouTube video of the final product would be greatly appreciated by thousands of people. Thanks for your detailed build posts.

Sorry, don't get it. Did you laminate after installation to cover the screws, looks like you have vinyl up there? Where is the one bolt on each rib, in the dead center? If so, how did you attach the sides?

I need to do a headliner and yours looks great! I like the three-piece concept with the accept piece in the center.

Wait, maybe I do get it now. It looks like you installed screw strips in the light wells on the ribs and screw into that from the headliner pieces. Is that right? If so, are the screws visible on your headliner?

Thanks.

You could also use the plastic panel push tabs that are available in the help section of auto parts stores. They have a cap screw head but instead of threads it's plastic fins that push in and never come loose. Similar to the one the factory uses.

I've brought this idea up before. The first time, I proposed attaching all panels with Velcro, someone suggested Hook and Eye which is said to be six times stronger.

I've purchased H&E and plan to use it when the time comes, which I'll eventually report on later. I still think it will be the perfect solution if it works.

Do you have details about your gray water tank and install or pics? Also, do think you can give details about your shore power, what parts and maybe a look at the back side where you ran wires, what box to seal wires? thanks

Sorry

I think that I miss understood your previous question.
I though the headliner was the upper cabinet.

The headliner is divided in three pieces. Left, right and center.
They are all composed with a layer of 1/8'' plywood, a foam 1/4'' and a fabric similar to leather glued together with 3M 90.

Step 1: Two wood strips were installed on the frame. (Blue line)
Step 2: One plusnut per rib frame was installed (red arrows)
Step 3: I installed the side panels with 3X bolts 1/4 - 20 and some screws to the center strips before foam and fabric installation.

The center panel is bolted under each LED light on plusnut (red arrows) (I forgot 2 red arrows to the aft frame) and 4x screws from the fan (blue circles)

Thank you for your detailed explanation, that is very helpful. I may copy that, it is very well done. I've already ordered the lights.

I see that there's a slight gap at the cab headliner. I was wondering myself how to handle that transition. Btw, I also have a medium roof.
