Best is to watch it on your smartphone (decent Android, at least); don't touch or swipe anything -- just move the phone.
An app that works the same way came on my Moto G. Apparently, the YouTube app now reads accelerometers in the phone, so, there will me more videos being published with this capability.

Cam outputs Already Stitched together video - from 3 180 degree cams -
I have 200mb internet connection and the video moves Smoothly and works Great - no glitches -
Can Totally look around like I am operating cam -Sweet -
