Thanks for this! Was debating on whether to order or not... going with front carpet but really want weather resistant "cloth" floor mats too.

I live in San Diego County, very little rain, snow or mud so I don't really want to spend a hundred bucks on a floor mat.
But anybody finds a cheap floor mat that fits fairly well on Amazon or in Wal-Mart, please post a link.

I just want something I can lift out and dump the sand from the beach.

those of you with the husky or weathertec mats -- how thick are they? we've just added a swivel to the passenger seat, and it raises the seat enough that my wife (28" inseam) would like the floor a little higher.

so i'm wondering about the thickness of the mats themselves, and also whether you think we could slip something else in under the mat, to raise it up even more, and how badly that would affect the fit.

the alternative is to find some sort of thick firm pad, and cut our own mat from it. not looking forward to the aesthetics that will result from that operation. :-)

The Husky mat is thin, 0.25" or less.

following up on my previous post: we did get the Husky floor mat, and it's working out well. the rubber is quite pliable, so the edges sag pretty much to the floor even when we insert a 3/4" piece of plywood under the center portion of the mat. that gives a total rise to the floor of about an inch, which is enough to get my wife's feet more comfortably on the floor. she was fine before we added the swivels 'r us seat swiveler, which adds 1.75", and she's mostly fine now. we can probably add a little more under the Husky mat, but we'll probably have to figure out how to hold the outer edge down if we do.

I have the Weathertech front mat, and love it. I especially loved it last week when my daughter knocked over my full 16 oz cup of coffee, which all hit the mat, and was channelled to the doorsteps for the driver and passenger. We stopped, opened the doors, watched the coffee drain onto the street, and then gave the mat a quick dry with the towel we (luckily) had in the back. I shudder to think what the wagon would have looked like if we didn't have the mat :-(.
