Communicated with the Penda representative this past week and she was asking how many forum members have purchased the front wheel well liners.

How many have ordered and received their liners? Installed them yet?

Thank you for the update CVM. I'm running 245/75 tires. Clearance is tight. Would these liners further reduce the clearance?

I have received and installed mine.

I am also anxious to install rear liners, so you can tell them that if I have to wait too long for theirs, I'll simply make my own. They need to get it done.

I received mine maybe a full month ago now... finally hoping to get them installed in next day or two. I too look forward to the availability of rear liners.

Menotomy,
If possible, would you check to see if the front liner can be modified to use in the rear? Thanks.

At the top 12 o'clock position of the front liners there's a large approx 7" X 9" hole necessary for clearance of the front strut. You wouldn't want that gaping hole for any back wheel well liner.

As this time, Ford won't be making it or installing it on the assembly line. Penda or another company will be the manufacturer. When talking to the Penda representative at the SEMA Show, they had asked Ford about supplying it and Ford said that there would have to be some engineering changes to the rear wheel well area before they would make the rear wheel well liners available as a option for the Transit.

Will be leaving my Transit in WI at Penda Industries for a few weeks so they can use it as a engineering vehicle for some new products. One will be the rear wheel well liners as well as a roof panel for the medium roof Transit. With it being a dual sliding door model, they are looking to add some special trim for the left hand sliding door. The DSD Transit will be used on March 17th at a special aftermarket show being held at Gaylord Texas for all the aftermarket manufacturing companies to show their new products. Hope to have some pictures before and after the show on all the new products available for the Transit.

Merry Christmas CrewVanMan.

You're the greatest. This forum would be a much poorer place without all the help you give us members. You really go above and beyond.

Thank you so much and enjoy this holiday season.

Ditto to the comment of thanks for all your input. Not to throw a wrench in the works but I'm just curious about the liners and lack of rears, but, as a alternative how would receptive is the idea of an application of a 'duraliner' product to wheel wells? Permanent but does that pose a problem? Any experience out there with this Transiters? (Transititis?) HS
